This black-and-white photo of a portrait of Jonny Quest was created by Doug Wildey sometime in the 1960s. His first version was probably created in 1963, which when many of the pre-production drawings for the series were made. A hand-written note from Doug indicates he re-drew this shot later and it was used for publicity, including the cover of a 1965 local television guide.
